Dara Counselling and Wellness provides trauma-focused counselling and wellness programs to help support people going through a difficult period or dealing with a long-standing mental health issues.

If you are returning, please choose from in-person, virtual or group therapy for your follow up sessions. If you do not see a time that works for you, please add yourself to the Wait List and you will be notified when a time becomes available. This is available to you within your account or at the bottom of the calendar in a booking screen
If you are interested in our Group Therapy sessions, please book the Group Therapy Consult. This is required before joining the group sessions.

Welcome to our Online Booking Site!
1:1 Therapy
These one-on-one sessions occur after your initial session. They can include a variety of therapeutic techniques depending on the plan you and your therapist developed. These can include: EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) including the Flash Technique, CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, MCBT (Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), DBT (Dialectical Behavioural Therapy), and mindfulness to help you focus on your mental wellness and maintain your progress in the long-term.
